An Ohio native formally trained as a radiology technician, owner Sandy West has always been a savvy shopper and a hands-on decorator with a fabulous sense of style. Shortly after relocating to Raleigh with her husband, Frank, she opened Consigning Design in December 2004. The store was initially located in Cary's Waverly Place Shopping Center, but moved to its current 14,000 sq.ft. location near downtown Cary in January 2007. In October of that year, it expanded to include clothing, accessories and shoes.
